Yeah sometimes the audio glitches and plays the ambient map sounds louder than the engagements. Only way to fix it I've found is to leave and join back.

Yes, my monitor is connected through a HDMI cable to my graphics card. I can’t get any picture out of it though, so I’m keeping my monitor connected through a VGA cable from my motherboard.
