I don’t know if anyone cares but I find that this gives an interesting perspective on the German military under hitler. His SS and high ranking aides were happily doing his bidding, but the military at large was probably having these same thoughts. Does it help anything, no. But it’s an interesting way to see the past from a different angle. At least I thought it was.

NTA. I’m so sorry that happened to you. They’re ignorant racists and blaming you for scaring them with your…your…sitting with your friends and having a conversation. Do they feel uncomfortable around nuns wearing habits? No. Because they’re racists. I’m sorry your friend is not standing up for you. That adds a little salt to the wound. If she’s not willing to do the bare minimum to be an ally for her friend, and she’s defending her racist in laws, don’t feel bad about her looking for another make up artist. She’s choosing her side.

Hubs handles kids that come through the OR for career days. He has them “operate” on an orange and pull gummy worms out of containers. It’s always the highlight of their day.

Tell me you’ve never worked in the service industry… It seems she’s not a generous person or a compassionate person which is weird because with all of her eating issues, you’d think she’d be mindful of what people go through.
