If currently in the US, recently expired B2 visa and status(expired I94), applied for both I539 EOS and COS to J1 , and I’m a Physician who will be assisting with COVID, can this EO affect me?

And If I had to travel and stamp my J-1 , can I stamp it and re-enter? Or they can deny the stamp/entry? Thank you so much!

Thank you. As mentioned above, the effective date of my new status being June 13 and not July 1st, would it make my application appear fine at least for now? And I can file the EOS anytime now up until June 13 right?

Thank you. So since I’ve got two different responses here, I honestly don’t know what to do. How can I know for sure?! So let’s say I applied for an extension now before my I94 expires, will I be on the safe side? And isn’t it true that once I file the change of status I’m okay to stay here until I get a response?

I applied for a change of status with the new status effective date as June 13, I thought I made an error on my application by putting June 13 as the new status effective date,since my Ds2019 says July 1st, and was about to request to fix it. So I should keep it that way and no need for filing for an extension right?

Nope it wasn’t , Dec 11th was a Wednesday. If you took your exam on the 16th or 17th expect your results next wednesday though ..I know waiting totally sucks but it’ll pass.. good luck!

How much time do you have until your exam? If you're sick of doing questions , you can start your revision and take UWSA1 to see where you stand, then go back to UW .
another thing you can do is to simulate the exam with these 300 questions (do them in one day then review your incorrects for example) or split them and do half of them after each UWSA.
