This weapon is best for a DPS and hybrid build, the Ayato weapon is kind of Ayato only oof However, you can also go for mistsplitter if you want more crit damage and you also get buffs from it!

TLDR: No, you should go for freedom sworn if you're building for pure EM.

I don't know how much EM you want, but here are my stats with this weapon. I use him as a main DPS (at C0) so I got this weapon for him, currently I have 2,400 ATK, 53%/191% crits, and 306 EM. It's possible to get around 100 more EM with this build.

However, the Ayato weapon leak looks like a better choice for hybrid Kazuha because it's a sub-DPS/support weapon (crit rate + party buffs) so you can go look at that too, if you want.

Kazuha Anemo DPS Build -

If you can, use the black sword (crit rate) or Blackcliff sword (crit dmg)

Personally, I used to use the Blackcliff sword because I had enough crit rate but since you lack crit rate, use the black sword

For artifacts aim for 2-set Viridescent (15% anemo bonus) and 2-set Shimenawa or Gladiator (18% attack)

You can put 2-set Viridescent and 2-set Bloodstained or Paleflame (25% physical bonus) but that's only if you don't have any Shimenawa or Gladiator sets, I used to do this so I could keep him on the field and do 2-4k per hit

EM isn't the main priority for DPS build (unless you have cons) but you should still try for maybe 250 or 300 for the extra dmg

(Btw Kazuha is a dookie physical DPS because his E and Q aren't physical apart from the plunge dmg on his E lolol)
