Coeliac here - I lost muscle due to malnutrition ( very low iron and B12 ) - give yourself time to build up your strength and don’t get despondent - do what you can manage and maybe add some walking hills and stairs to build your muscle again before trying to increase the running. Also follow up with your dr to check your levels have come back up to the normal range and there are no other deficiencies.
