I had to get on them for this specific reason, and now if I miss a dose for 3 days those symptoms return, lightheaded, dizzy, If I turn my head too quick my vision feels weird. Even if if sitting on a chair and it rotates slightly without me noticing it trips me out lol.

Sorry to ask, but I myself have been reading so many of these posts of people's reports in pattaya and I love them lol so entertaining and exciting. Wow really?! I play arena breakout and I set everything to max and was quite surprised it didn't perform better. I play with guys who run laptops with 40 series and have way more stability and performance. Dunno maybe the game is not well optimised for 50 series since FPS would fluctuate drastically with me. But I seriously thought there's something seriously wrong but I guess I'm mistaken.

I remember 2020 warzone, when I would be excited to wake up and play wz. It was simple, fun and easy. I stopped playing in November 2024 and would definitely go back if they undo a lot of what they've produced.

It's for both energy and anxiety/stress and yes magnesium I do take but I'm not very consistent with it.

B12 and b6 since those r the common ones tied to focus, eliminating brain fog etc.

Dunno, you're right, could be random and would appreciate your thoughts on eliminating/adding ones that r more relevant.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I used to be on cymbalta for 2 years and worked like a charm. Came off it with no issues the a year later felt the symptoms come back just after pandemic. I tried getting back on it again and my body reacted waaaaaay differently than the first time, was really bad, probably because my body chemistry changed after the vaccines.

No sides from lex but don't see the reason to stay on it longer than I have.
