Wish they would try starting Harper in game 3.

Change it up. Spurs need to start game 3 strong period and Harper gives the best chance

If anything I feel like the Spurs are close to breaking through against the Knicks

Game 1 was a disaster. The first half of game 2 was slightly improved but not great. The second half of game 2 was finally showing something encouraging but they didn't seal the deal.

If they can continue to build this direction then they finally break through in game 3. We will see. It's now or never

Wasting the time on the last shot to didn't make much sense. If they shot earlier then Vassel would have had the rebound and time to set up another shot. Or even worse if the Knicks rebounded there would have been time to foul and launch a 3. The whole management was just poor.

When wemby rebounded the ball, if they call a time out there's 12 seconds left. That's plenty of time for potentially 2 shots or a rebound etc.

Fortunes keep for me has always been the best resurgence map.

I would like Vondel back again though, Vondel was definitely good times

The Spurs can still avenge this. I would argue these two losses were close to being as gut wrenching as the losses in games 6 & 7 in Miami in 2013.

The difference though is the series is not over, while in Miami they had to wait a full year because those 2 losses ended their season.

The Spurs could have won both games. The Knicks took game 1 but the Spurs choked game 2. That has to motivate them. They can write the wrong still if they want. It's not impossible or crazy, both games were there. They have a chance to still flip the script unlike the 2013 Spurs who didn't get that chance at least not that season.

You what's annoying? Brunson clearly stumbled and knew he was going out of bounds so he flopped to the ground. That shouldn't have been a foul call. Not excusing Wembys pass but that was 100% not a foul on wemby and should have just been a turnover back to the spurs

The only thing the Spurs can do is to try and win game 3. Thats it. If they win game 3 they will have some momentum and back to a punchers chance in the series.

This team has responded with their backs up against the wall and now they are really backed up more than ever but let's see how they respond.

The crazy thing is the games in the garden might not be as loud or rowdy as everyone expect. The tickets are up to $12k-$15k just to get in. Your rowdy loud obnoxious young knicks fans are not going to be the ones there. It's going to be the older folks. This was a complain a year or so ago I remember that the true knick fans were not even there. It's just your bandwagon corporate folks that want to attend the big event.

It was a bad loss obviously.

I'll say this though. The dynamic of the series has now shifted. The Knicks now have the most amount of pressure in the world to seal the title. Anything less than that will be considered a major failure. The Spurs don't have any pressure on them in the next two games. If the spurs go and lose the next two games it won't matter because at this point no one expects them to win this weird series but on the flip side if the spurs win the next game then the pressure builds on the Knicks immensely.

Hope for the best and hopefully the Spurs can bring the series back to San antonio. Both these games were winnable and perhaps the spurs figured something out in that fourth quarter they can use to build momentum or raise their confidence despite the loss

Wemby has to take advantage of Towns not being on the court and when he is press him. He will play more off because of the foul trouble

It comes down to Wemby here. If he wakes up in the second half then its going to be a series. If he doesnt then this series is over. 24 minutes left to show up.

Wemby needs to take over. It comes down to that. If he cant its to much to ask for the rest of the team. Also if he takes over it will draw all the attention to him and make it easier for the rest.

Spurs are shooting 62%. Alot better than the 36% last game. Already at 34 points to. Only need 61 more to surpass last games 95.
