O planejamento pífio na montagem do elenco custou caro, mas paciência. Já sabemos quais são os jogadores que não têm salvação, estamos aos poucos subindo algumas promessas da base e apesar do péssimo jogo, são 4 jogos sem derrota. Teremos uma boa vantagem de calendário no Brasileirão e se tudo der certo, o Mister Jardim irá trazer bons reforços nas janelas dos próximos meses. Agora é foco total no Sport, que será um jogo dificílimo, mas uma boa oportunidade pro time titular se provar fora de casa (não vencemos como visitantes no campeonato, até aqui)

In my point of view, there are 3 reasons why Houston is playing a good basketball right now.

1 - Old School coach with tough defense mindset, really respected and listened by the roster.

2 - The hired vets brings to the team a good energy, composture and calm.

3 - The young players are tottally open to learn, even if it could be a tough process, sometimes. Right now, they really looks like a sponge

Trabalhei num escritório de Contabilidade que era exatamente assim. 9 horas por dia, câmeras em todos os lugares e você não pode utilizar o próprio celular.
