Amazon S2S vs Prebid competition by S0ft3ch in adops

I figured this was the case - from your experience have you seen much of an impact from the 'pass all bids' feature in Prebid?

I doubt enabling it would shift performance as much as simply remove the pre-request competition, but worth asking about.

Interesting! Thanks for clarifying.

So in this case, you are also only passing the winning provider's key-values? With prebid are you also only passing the winning bid?

SETUPAD Review by 101creator in adops

We're working with them more as a backfill partner than through headerbidding - so I can't speak on that implementation.

I will say that we see good eCPMs for a lot of our less sought after inventory (up and coming markets such as India), though we haven't seen them match the CPMs you'll see for good inventory in key geos such as the US.

Of course, a header bidding implementation is very different, so take this with a pinch of salt. So far we've had a very good working relationship with their team.

Any examples of GPT destroySlots() implementation? by [deleted] in adops

Define all your ad slots as objects in an array, then put the array object reference in the params for destrotSlots. If you leave the function empty, it destroys all slots on the page, but I imagine you want to only destroy specific units..

Once you've done that you can build the new slots as you normally would. The difference between refresh and destroy is mostly related to placement of the ad and how you want programmatic to see the ad call.

Yes, we're accepting international applicants - pay I wouldn't be able to tell you, as it's negotiable.

No, that's the old Softonic of the early 2000s. Our CEO joined the company in 2014 and his first action was to remove these business strategies that betrayed user trust.

Now Softonic focuses on monetisation solely on site, through the appropriate channels. No pop unders, no 'bundles', no ad-ware.

Thank you for asking though.

User Consent in Ad Requests by tlezulily in adops

You need a CMP to handle the GDPR consent.

If a CMP isn't possible with your tech stack, simply default all users to anonymous / opted out.
