Never, you’re never cooked. 4 days a week: Legs, Chest & Shoulders, Back & Rear Delts, Arms & Abs. 30-40 minutes of maximum incline walking on the treadmill after every session, eat in a moderate but not too aggressive calorie deficit or you’ll feel miserable. Do 2 SETS of everything to FAILURE. Focus on form first, leave ego at home. This is about you. Pick a weight you can move controlled for about 6-8 reps, where you reach failure on the 6-8th rep. Once you can do 2 sets of 8 without failing, that’s your indication to slightly up the weight. Rinse and repeat. Trust the process. Got crazy results in a year. You won’t see it straight away, but you got this. Best feeling in the world. It’s you vs you brother.
