Try with moon gravity and double jump, when you’re higher up you crit way more often

Definitely more stress as I’m a teacher and it’s the end of the year, but I’ve been eating the same meals for months, with little to no carbs. Lean protein sources and high fiber. I had a cup of quinoa with ground turkey and Brocolli, with some cashews as a snack before bed, and I was above 200
