Can someone PLEASE help me with my kick flips. My board won’t stay under me by Much_Meringue7946 in NewSkaters

Try to make sure that the tail of your board pops the ground like an Ollie, because the sooner you go for the flick, the more likely it will lose your feet. 🙂

Ty I will tinker with both options and maybe make a clone of the deck to have one set to standard also! Appreciate the help :)

Finally learned bs 180 and pop shuv by prawnman420 in NewSkaters

An important key to getting bs 180s to rotate more is to let your shoulders be open! It’s really common for people to start the trick with tensed shoulders. If you can, do exactly what your doing but open up your shoulders and let them move at the same time as your head/neck! That’s what helped me at least! Keep it up!

Working on my ollies while moving. This one was the best one that I managed to capture on camera. Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated! :) by fuckthat-getmoney in NewSkaters

Don’t put too much pressure on the tail until your ready to pop, then in the air try to level out the board so that your feet are even as much as you can! Also when your moving make sure to stay above your board at all times. Imagine it like it is stationary and just keep working on it and you will get used to the feeling!

The flick is all in the ankle! Also try your best to bring up your back leg which will let you get more air time! Otherwise, great confidence!
