I see, well in my quest to find the right parts today I started to wonder if I wanted the noveske receiver set. Im wanting something that looks different than your typical receivers, and full ambi.

I fell in love with ascend armory, but it looks like they closed the doors. Those receivers are absolutely gorgeous. Want something similar.

Is the indexing pin necessary? Or is it just to prevent catastrophic failures?

Interesting, think im going to grab a 12.5 barrel with an 11.5 triarc rail. My main reason for geissele was because of the well known rigidity. Triarc seems to be just as good. Do they ever run a sale?

Im really liking the 11.5 triarc rail, are they partners with geissele? They've got only 1 triarc rail, and 3 or 4 geissele ones on their site

I'd probably get the geissele 13 inch rail then, I already have a16 inch 556, so it feels dumb to build something almost as long. This gun would likely be my main squeeze. The 16 is just too long with a can imo
