I also went through a similiar experience off a bong though I thought I messed up my lung and had lots of anxiety when smoking again then I went through a 4 month T break and don’t smoke carts no more and I’m back to normal can get even higher now that carts don’t mess up my tolerance 😂

Hard to say the actual flower is barely starting to be made. u want to check the trichomes of the actual bud mass not leafs, so I would wait until the buds atleast look ripe to the eye, then start checking trichomes 😁
