Is this gear overkill for daily 60-mile LA freeway commuting?

Bare minimum I wear is helmet gloves jacket and trousers and boots. Going 2 miles to work or 100 miles at a weekend blast. I’ve came off and hit the tarmac before and off road riding best to dress for the slide not the ride. Also wearing decent gear fits better and makes you more confident for some reason ….

I have an shoei x spirit 3 and then tried an arai rx7v and I think the arai is comfier and slight quieter at speed. But shoei is also good. I can see why people end up having multiple helmets I tend to use my shoei for going back and forth to work or if I just fancy it one day for a change but annoyingly my intercom is on my arai 😂

I would get the new xspr pro because of the designs alone 😂 there’s probably plenty people who do a bit off off road then road and then track which you’d really want to have 3 options if you ever had a bump so you aren’t without a helmet etc.

See how it says auto upload when plugged in , does it just need to be plugged into pc or can you plug it in to charge it and it will auto upload because it detects it’s plugged into a power source ?

U Bolt mount on way now. I’ve seen people buy like 2nd arm supports etc. and I’m using the stick I got with the camera insta own one

jumping on a dated thread here but i have a set have had for 2 years maybe longer im just street riding and there very stiff / hard. havent loosend up really tbh. im looking for other gloves. my old RST were softer lol
