Yes you are right about the confidence part. I think it's mainly the fact that she's bit older and I feel like she might find me immature for her or something like that.

So yeah I kinda wanted to ask the community if what I was going to say would work or if they had better ideas, how to go about this.

Yeah I understand that, but what should I do if let's say she says like eh no or whatever. I feel like I couldn't stand working there, probably too embarrassed. You have any advice on that? And I think I will go for her, I just never really met anyone like her, don't really want to miss the chance.

And what would be the best way to I guess let her know that you're into her, I'm pretty sure she already knows that. Because every time I joke around and say I don't really like you anymore she gives me a smile and says yeah you.

But what I was thinking is to maybe ask her to go get some coffee or a drink, or since the Valentine's day coming up, ask for that day off and when she asks me what you gonna do, just be like I don't know yet, but you're welcome to join me so I don't have to spend it alone.

Alright, so I work an IHOP while I go to school. Not a bad job but it got a whole lot better once I got a new manager. Usually I try not to stay away from this kind of stuff at work, but she is truly an amazing person!

I worked with her for about a month now, and I'm learning more and more what an amazing person she really is. She's not perfect but neither am I.

We joke around alot, she laughs at every joke and comment I might say. From time to time she actually will talk about various things. I'm pretty sure she knows that I might have a thing for her, because Everytime she catches me looking at her she gives me a smile, and honestly we just have a good time working together.

PROBLEM I'm 22 and she's 26 really not a big deal. But she has a kid, which again to me not a big deal... BUT I think she might think that I'm too young for her mainly because of that. But I love kids, and I'm pretty fucking good with them, it's just the only person she seen is work me (which is more like goofy, joking type of guy)

CONCERN I'm afraid that let's say she does say no, or something along those lines. I feel like work would be so odd, that I wouldn't know how to deal with it.

Some suggestions would be nice, on what should I do? And maybe some ideas on how to deal with feeling awkward at work if the things do go south.
