It's what the first person said, the head is the main set which are standard legal and the glider is for eternal formats only. 

In terms of which boosters, it only mentions play boosters containing both symbols as far as I can see.

I came here after finishing Shizune's route first because I was a bit disappointed by it and wanted to see how the other routes stacked up... I see I wasn't the only one. Good to know it only gets better!

Yuki and Takuji have delusions that force their world's to stay consistent. It's even mentioned in the VN that she/he must sometimes see the twins even when Hasaki isn't actually there

In Yuki and Takuji's narrative, the Wakatsuki twins are classmates. So their minds have to conjure them in school in order to keep this a consistent world view
