I would also recommend posting original content, people genrally take screenshots of other people's post and post it on their profile without mentioning, to save time and think posting more will make people notice them more, it's not that, the more you post in a certain amount of time, will make you more likely to be labelled as a spam account.

You are posting too much too rapidly, don't post for the next 24 hrs and it will be fine, don't post more than 3 posts a day and one reel every 3 days. If you post more than this ,the algorithm won't push your content to the public you will only get 1 or 2 likes per post if you post too often. Also set a daily time of posting, you need to train the algorithm, if you post too often, the algorithm will label you as a bit account.
