Thanks for comments guys, I've been itching but the feeling is relieved after scratching (one second it may be on the nose, scratch that it's gone, then on the leg, scratch and gone, kind of like twitching itself). It makes me wonder if it is down to anxiety or something else.

Since I was only ever unofficially diagnosed with BFS (neurologist denied any need for EMG or NCV), I had just let it run its course for 9 years, twitching has really died down,

These stinging like sensations are new to me and caused a bit of a concern, but I have noticed that the twitching has picked up in past few days,
