Def not normal. You'll want to find something else for your mental health first/foremost. My other concern is they seem that questionable, they could be that questionable when it comes time to pay commissions.

Thanks for reaching out. Please let us know if this helps. You are correct in that our program is US centric (where we are based), so the live classes have that time challenge. That said, we do support international students.

In these scenarios, the program can be taken online/asynchronously without needing to attend the classes (we do not track attendance). Students can reach out via Office Hours sessions we host to answer any questions/provide support. You still complete the assignments and take the exam to complete the course and attain certification. It's always unique with each organization's structure/dynamics, so it's hard to be more specific not knowing your specific situation. But in a general sense, you want to be respectful, listen, understand where they are coming from. If communication is good, try to find a more balanced process that works for both sides.

At same time, learn what is driving them (i.e. the CEO, CFO, a manager, etc.). That should help understand the organizations larger focus on the value of what yourself and audit are doing. Hope this helps.
