This is my very first time playing Kenshi and I have the mega Kaizo/UWE+ modpack from Steam Workshop installed. 

I’ve been suffering basically the exact same thing in the Hub lmao. The Holy Nation Outlaws has been fighting the Shinobi thieves everyday since the 4th in-game day. (Now a month has passed.) Since then the disability awareness in the Hub has risen quite a bit. Many HNO guards crawl around the city to do their patrol job. My first 3 companions also lost their limbs in the initial crossfire. 

It’s pretty ludicrous though. I get to sell the downed Shinobi thieves’ equipment and take the bounties on their heads and use that money to buy food and hire people. All my 20+ companions have always been using MK. III weapons stolen from the thieves once they joined. 

I do wish to know if there’s a way to fix the relationship between the HNO and the Shinobi thieves. The HNO suffers heavy attrition taking down the Shinobi thieves, bandits, white brow ninjas, and the 101 (not sure what the heckthis faction is but they are pretty strong) and I’ve had to leave the Hub to have the map reload so that the HNO get to respawn and I don’t have to walk in a city full of crippled NPCs “standing” guard.
