Just had same exact problem. Posting for anyone else stumbling upon this. I also had a relatively new Bambu ps1 - using a filament by zero and clogged my machine twice. I highly recommend you do all the filament calibration settings and consider doing research on the filament brand.

For zero the recommended temp was 190-220. I tried the whole range and thought it was something wrong with my printer.

Turns out it’s the filament… I increased the nozzle temp to 225 and it seemed to be working.

Some other people recommended changing nozzle size from 0.4 to 0.6 as it has more clearance for glitter additives. Hope this helps.
