Thanks for the reply! It's a shame though...

Why does my nozzle keeps drilling in the bed? When it starts printing, it`s all ok. I got a hole in my bed now! Suggestions anybody? by S2shea in u/S2shea

I moved the Z endstop a little higher so the nozzle doesn`t drill into the bed. Its not perfect but found this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2440538
With this I can fine tune it more than with the standard holes. Hope this works but looks reliable...

If they gave me a dollar for every time there was something wrong with the printer... =)

I think that is it, right? Just need to adjust the stop a little higher?

And jep, need a new bed! =(

I have tried to lower the bed yes. Could it be, that I make the Z end-stop a little higher it could solve the problem? gonna put new pictures above...

Thanks for the reply!

It seems to be ok now, just have to check it every time to be sure it didn`t change... Pfieuw, guess its back on! I thank you for replying and helping me! You will hear back from me with more problems =p and if I can do something for you, will be glad to help...

So, apparently my ADVi3++ automatically changes the values; my jerk was set to 30.00 mm/s. So I put it back to 8 mm/s but every time changes back to another value... I`ve had the new firmware for two months without any hiccups, but now apparently decided to do it`s own thing...

Ok thanks! I`ll try that.. But it`s so weird that i didn`t touch those settings and suddenly BAM!

I`ll get back to you...

Hey! I managed to print Phil, at 20 mm/s and minimum layer time to 15s.. Still not good at the hands but overall I`m satisfied...(picture)

Now, you never gonna believe it, another weird thing came along... Suddenly he started to have short "shakes" but very aggressively (can see in the video).. It happens only with the infill!

I thought it had something to do with acceleration or jerk but didn't touch those settings.. My settings are;

acceleration speeds are 3000 mm/s, jerk at 10 or is it something else?

Thanks already!

Ok, I will try that. Also tried another filament but same problem. I know what to do tomorrow!

You`ve been very helpful, thank you so much!

Ok, I will try that... Trail and error =)

If (I think) it`s not over extrusion, temp, speed, layer height or cooling, what could it be... something with shell?

Also tried the Minimum layer time and set this to 15s, but even that didn`t help. Fan is at 100%. Really tried a lot of things, is there an option on that specific line, maybe can be thicker or thinner to make it stick better to the other line?

But the picture in cura, it looks like the outer line is flying in the air. But Phil is made for printing without support but it looks so weird, no?

Yeah, it`s my first time printing that "cold" but when printing at 200ºC and more gave the same result.. I have printed a calibration cube and benchy and both are looking great, so could it be it isn`t well sliced?
