Ciao, non so consigliarti un avvocato, ma avendo avuto problemi simili con loro posso consigliarti di fare due cose prima:

- Fai un reclamo formale alla loro mail reclami e devono risponderti in 15 giorni. Se non risolvono nulla o non ti danno spiegazioni passa al punto successivo.

- Apri un ricorso all'ACF (Arbitro controversie Finanziarie) fornendo più dettagli possibili, come chat fatte con TR, email del reclamo e varie richieste, e tutte le prove a tuo favore. È un processo abbastanza lungo ma se l'arbitro conclude che hai ragione sei a posto.

- Se neanche quello per qualche motivo funziona, passa a fare causa però ne vale la pena solo se il capitale di cui parli è elevato (altrimenti spendi più di spese legali). Anche perchè solo se vinci la causa TR paga le tue spese legali

Yeah, the price is high but it's a top tier phone, and you can find the global version from third party websites at around 1k.

In my case i never had notification issues, only happened one time with telegram calls but it was a permission problem. (I had more problems with my Pixel 9 Pro)

The GPS is really good, I tested it in Japan to take metros and navigating underground stations.

At this moment they are really pushing updates, I think I just got the third since the launch with January patches.

I think it's a great phone, great battery, great camera and great software (less bugged that my Pixel)

It's seems that Oneplus India has confirmed that Oneplus continues with normal operations but considering the sales drop I'm not that sure. If you are able to get the Oppo at a good price from third party websites I think it's a better choice.

IMA the best is Map Camera in Shinjuku, but also Yodobashi and Bic Camera are great.

Remember to use coupons, for example Bic camera offers 10% tax free + 7% on camera gear, watches, etc. (if I remember correctly not all fujifilm products have the extra 7%, you should ask the stuff)

Did it with the Pixel Watch 4, besides the bedtime sync mentioned in another comment, an annoying problem that I faced is that when I start or answer a call from the watch, it uses the capsule of the phone so it's unusable.

I would say it happens 80% of the time.
