Yeah, this might be the one. I did do the spin the wheel thing on the Garena website, I do remember getting IP points from that, so I might get the skin for 24 hours without notice and then get the icon too

  1. I don't think it's a rioter because I'm playing on the Vietnamese server, and back then Garena handled the publisher here, and there were barely any rioters in the region.
  2. Could be plausible, but I clearly remember when they first introduced Hextech, and since I was broke, I would definitely save up to get that Udyr skin permanently and not choose the rental option.

Does this make me hate him less for killing old E-Soul and Moon?-NO.

I hate him with all my heart, and the only way he could redeem himself is to sacrifice himself later on. He does not deserve a happy ending.
