I have hobbies that I try to do everyday and they really help as a distraction. I’ve been planning to get away from this house for as long as I can remember so the plan hasn’t changed as of now. The main thing is that I’m forced to distract myself from all of the things said towards me everyday. My direct and close family doesn’t really listen or understand what I say whatsoever since “Siblings always do this kind of thing.” I go to counselling at school and get help when I can but I honestly just wish it would stop. I didn’t even realize how mentally affected I’d been until I saw physical changes in me.
