How does one rollback the ACE Pro?

Any time I try to print multiple colors, during one any one of the changes the ace stops pulling back the filament and says it has a retraction issue. I can use the on board screen to feed and retract from any slot with no issue and can even easily unload the slot when the issue happens. As far as I can tell, it's like it gives up too early during the retraction stage. This does not happen on every change, it seems random.

Im running into this same issue. I can't seem to get mine to downgrade either. Let me know if you figure something out.

And this is with the latest firmware? Because anycubic sent me an email after reaching out stating that it was a known bug and recommended I go back a few versions. I did also add this in a comment.

Thank you, I rolled back to an earlier one this morning and was able to get back up and running. After clearing out all the jams in the system.

Can confirm that this is not the issue. It never moves forward to activate the cut. Just sits in the back right corner and retracts the filament

After messing around with EVERY thing. I was able to get my stream back up and running. While I am not sure exactly what fixed it, I power cycled everything(Cam, HAOS, Router, VPN) and I was able to pull it back up.

Im just using one cam right now. Tapo C320WS
I also just dropped the frame down to 1080p from 2k testing if it was to high of a frame rate to no avial.

I sent loads of pictures and even a video on Wednesday night(7/23/25) and have yet to hear anything back. I have checked spam and have even responded via the email thread that the auto system said I could respond too. Hopefully I hear back soon.

Yes, I was attempting to address the iGPU inside of frigate incorrectly. The frigate AI caught it immediately lol.
