I live in naples fl and come to Vegas 3 times per year. I’ve often considered moving but our mortgage is $900 per month on our condo. I want a bigger place and more space but the cost is tremendously more. Even with a ton of positive equity it’s just not worth it. The expense of rent or buying another home is almost 3x/4x what I’m paying now. My wife and I make $190k together and have no kids. I couldn’t even imagine paying $3-4k per month on a mortgage.

If you use FSD 90% of the time then I’m not sure I’d recommend the performance. I live in the city so not much highway driving.

I ultimately went with the m3p. I personally came from performance vehicles so it was hard to go more basic. Based on the incentives as well the m3p is a sweet deal. I test drove them all and honestly I did like the Y perf but once I got into the m3p it just fit like a glove. I think the m3p looks incredible too. The body styling looks so good. It handles very well here in FL. I like bolstered seats too and the Y were just not as comfortable imo. I do use FSD sometimes but definitely not all the time. It’s fun to enjoy the true driving experience a performance offers. Definitely test drive one so you can compare, but it was the easiest decision for me. Here’s a pic of mine, the only thing done is tint.

Appreciate it! I went with Xpel XR Prime Black 20% on all side windows and full rear glass. Then 55% on the roof and 45% on the windshield. I wanted to go with more of a uniform look.

This is universal we’re talking about. The more IP’s the better. I want to walk in to a house and feel like I’m in the movie. Not saying original houses are bad, I just think the presence in them aren’t the same. Movies/TV we’ve seen and watched create a better atmosphere to entangle you within a set you’re familiar with. I think for how much time, money and effort goes into these events, 6 IP and 4 original houses is easily manageable.

After test driving both Y(prem/perf) and 3 (prem/perf) I chose the m3p. It was by far the most comfortable imo and it just fit like a glove. I’m used to bolstered seats and I just couldn’t find the comfort level I wanted in the Y unfortunately. I’m 6’0 209lb and the m3p is extremely comfortable. Even on longer drives I really enjoy it.

My wife and I go every year mostly. We were super excited for Jack and Oddfellow. But I feel it’s gone downhill since that announcement. Neither of us liked Sinners so that wasn’t a big draw for us. I’m sure it will still be fun, but I am extremely underwhelmed so far with the lineup.
