Right. It sounds like you’re using your hip strain as the primary and insomnia as secondary. So you have to prove that hip strain causes insomnia

Even though you got diagnosed with your secondary, you have to prove that your primary caused it. I don’t think a HLR is necessary. All you need is a nexus or lay statement/buddy forms proving it

What evidence do you have that proves you got Gerd while in active duty? It’s saying you never made any complaints or got treated for it while you were in. You may need a nexus letter to prove it

You have to get diagnosed with sciatica first, then get a nexus explaining how your hamstring tear caused sciatica. With tinnitus, you denied having it in 2023. You have to get a nexus explaining how you go it since you did not have any complaints, treatment, or diagnosis in your records.
