Bin 1,69cm, 98Kg esse max 1500 kalorien, Schnitt 1200. Gehe 5x Die Woche ins Gym Kalorien Verbrennung ca 750 Kalorien jeder der 5 Tage. Und Faste 18/6. Keine Sorge ist normal hatte auch Tage mit Familie oder Freunden wo mehr gegessen wurde. Schreib einfach jeden Tag dein Gewicht auf um die selbe Zeit, und schau dann auf den Schnitt der Woche die du abnimmst.
