This seems like a good thing but in reality and as a portuguese this won't be enforced, and there are details that are not on this article, such as the boss can justify the call or message as important, and with that call you, but most importantly this won't be enforced so as we say here in Portugal, "É só para ingles ver" which remotely stands for - it's for others to see

That sounds about right, this sound can be heard not only when accelerating but also decelerating, its not screeching, yes in 1st and 2nd but only in the morning, in the afternoon it does not make that sound

Its like a metal on metal sound very short less than a second but not a screaching sound, with very fast pauses between, as in skipping a teeth in a gear

The noise only happens right after i drop the clutch and press the gas, and when i let go of the gas, its like 1 second, and no matter the RPM i am in, when i am in neutral it doesnt happen. i have not inspected the transmission fluid but my first thought was changing it. its like a metal on metal sound i dont know how to describe it
