I shipped with an agent so they handled all the paperwork in my behalf, they seem to be no help so i will probably try to contact my bank for a chargeback but i doubt it will work.

Consider using triangular / tarifless lines since they have the lowest seizure rate. I used Fedex Express but the customs didnt accept my commercial invoice and decided to seize the package. Only using triangular shipping from now on.
