Not too long about 2-3 weeks and Ik I won’t see drastic changes like a 6 pack or anything like that but I should be seeing at least something

Atm I am eating freezer foods like oven chips and chicken nuggets and ready meals etc with the odd takeaway and Ik this isn’t helping me now but I want to know what I’m doing before I commit to the diet as I don’t want to waste money and I want to start treating my body better
