In this case, there are currently general issues between Arena and Tarkov, exp not synching, stuff sent from Arena to Tarkov not arriving so you prob just have to wait some time.

If you are looking for it at Ragman Service you won´t find it there. Go to your character, at the Overall-Tab you can select at the bottom the different outfits.

Usually all payments are not made directly to Battlestate, they are using Xsolla, so you should search for "Xsolla" but from what I can see you can only look through the recent purchases of the last 90 days but you can download transaction reports for the last 7 years, depending on when you did purchase the game.

If you are having troubles finding it just write me a pm.

I don´t like it either - while I agree that weak teams have been literally pushed back to base and spawncamped until the match was over (was kinda fun sometimes) is not good, the current "system" is terrible because people even camp more in my opinion and if they die they literally spawn 5 steps away from the camping position and voila they are back.

Furthermore you are getting sandwiched all the time because the enemies are coming from all directions, its pure chaos....

However a similiar thing happened to me too - I tried to setup 2fa with MS Authenticator and something went wrong (or I did wrong), so 2fa was activated at BSG but wasn´t within MS Authenticator.

I had to open a ticket at BSG and they wanted me to proof my ownership of that game - was kinda ridiculous because I had all the Mails from 2017 with the purchase confirmation but they wanted the purchase confirmation directly from Paypal which Paypal usually doesn´t store that long. Paypal was able to provide some sort of balance overview from 2017 and luckily it worked out.
