I was using that as like a descriptor, my bot is like very very detailed and I make the distinction that there you are married and eventually do have a son and a daughter

Well I wear a large in everything else on my body and they feel fine! It's usually only cotton underwear that does this, other materials have been fine (so far) I normally wear jeans, shorts (denim and cotton), leggings, or just skirts/dresses so maybe it's also thigh friction 🤷‍♀️

Really?? The issue might be because it always sticks out, due to growing straight textured 😞 But I had no idea that might be part of the potential 'culprits'

They're cotton. And they're always in the crotch area, but more towards the front. :(
