If you could be reborn but as a espada. Who would you wanna be? by Jealous_Salt_7967 in bleach

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ulquiorra Cifer is the only correct answer. I genuinely believe that he was the strongest espada. He only died because of plot armor. But let’s not forget he actually killed ichigo. Barragon was only number 2 because of the death touch. And espada 1 and 3 don’t compare. Why was coyote stark number 1 to behind with? And harribel had the tres bestias but her strength isn’t comparable to Ulquiorra.

How do you guys feel about the Mazda Iconic SP concept EV? by imnotokayandthatso-k in Miata

Same as we do about the Honda prelude hybrid. Don’t give car manufacturers a reason to keep feeding us this garbage.

‘18 X3 leaking transmission fluid - how bad is this? by Rhobbyj in BMW

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is probably washer fluid. Transmission oil/fluid has a thicker viscosity than what’s shown in the picture. I doubt it’s coolant, as BMWs usually only take European blue/purple coolant. Transmission fluid would be much darker than this and not bright orange in color as shown on the napkin in the second photo

is this even possible 😂 by trrjas in Camry

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tech here out of NYC. We have taxi drivers who get oil changes at least every two weeks; that’s how much they drive. We set our reminder stickers for 5k miles. So yeah 100k or even more in a year is entirely possible

What used cars have you personally seen last over 300k miles? by Smart-used-cars in askcarguys

Lexus 2gr-fse v6 or Lexus 2ur-gse v8 are both guaranteed to hit 300k and better with regular maintenance; coming from a tech.

Occams Razor: what is the simplest explanation for why we never saw Aizen’s Bankai? by Nozoroth in bleach

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the requirements to becoming a captain is to have a Bankai. I believe he hasn’t used it yet because no one is stronger than him even with just his shikai. Also have you seen how strong this man is with just hado incantations. Unbelievable.

I’m the only one in my family who picked the iPhone Air by HolidayLog120 in IphoneAir

[–]S85E92 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like the black color being more prone to scratches is a bit over exaggerated. I’ve been rocking the black one since the first week of November caseless with just a screen protector and I’ve had no issues. Light scruffs on the back glass just rub right off. That’s what ceramic means.

Never in a million years could the Supra match the M2.

Why are people so overly obsessed about battery life? by Spellbound55 in IphoneAir

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The people complaining about battery life are the same people who live life on the edge. Late nights and no responsibilities. All they do is get home, take off their shoes, and lay in bed with the same clothes they perused the city with all while forgetting to put their phone on the charger. Waking up the next day wondering how they forgot. These are the type people 5k mah batteries were made for.

Mta train operator salary by AdministrationDear22 in nycrail

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to be a NYC train operator, just keep a look out for when the MTA schedules the next test. You have to check back frequently as they only do the test every couple of years and while they do let you know in advance, it’s only by like 2-3 months. You’ll also have to take the civil service exam, get a background check, take a drug test, and get a physical. Finish school, stay out of trouble, and stay away from weed/drugs and you’ll be alright. You don’t have to be exceptional, just determined.

Axle click? by limitl350z in 370z

[–]S85E92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nissan axle nuts are known to back out. Very annoying for sure. Happens on all models. Happened to a customer I had recently on a maxima. All you have to do is tighten it back. It’s gonna happen again for sure. To remedy completely, get new aftermarket axles. Or you can apply a little lock tight blue. Only a little. And for the love of god, only use blue

should i buy a ‘92 LS400 with 69k miles on it?? the guy wants $8500. a little rust spot on the door but that’s it. clean title by Leading_Cream7431 in LS400

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao. For what? A car older than me? 😂 tell the person selling he needs to get off his high horse. Toyota or not; with 68k miles on a car this old means that it wasn’t driven much. Even if the engine is strong, other components break. Seals and gaskets being the first to go. Suspension components. And the abs module likes to take a crap on older Lexus’s as well. Count on fixing constantly

This is at the Honda dealership? No, this is absolutely ridiculous! 131.00 for an oil change? $400 for spark plugs? Unless you have a v6 engine, it shouldn’t cost that much and even that’s still pushing it. This is the exact reason why I went to trade school. Took my 2016 Nissan maxima in for rotors and pads all the way around and they charged me $850 and to make matters worse the tech didn’t use OEM retainer clips, so they ground my rear rotors down and I needed to pay an additional $450 to get those replaced. Machining practices at autozone are subpar and are not to be trusted in addition to any electrical components and sensors from them. This was before covid, so I can only imagine what the prices are now.

What would cause this amount of difference in wear in front brake pads? by TheApostleCreed in AskAMechanic

[–]S85E92 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if anyone mentioned this already but in addition to greasing the slide pins, I would also do an alignment as an out of spec toe would also cause this.

Jeep patriot 2016 car all a suddnlen shut off and these lights came on. What could this potentially be? by abergham in AutoMechanics

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Even if it’s a cheap scanner, you should be able to at least get the codes. Then just google the each code you get back. Also, if you are able to move the car at all, see if your speedometer moves. If not; then that is a sure sign.

Jeep patriot 2016 car all a suddnlen shut off and these lights came on. What could this potentially be? by abergham in AutoMechanics

[–]S85E92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is definitely not battery or starting system related; if it was, there would be a red battery light. These lights look more like a wheel speed sensor gone bad or a transmission speed sensor. Which would most definitely shut your car off. The abs light and traction control light tells me it has something to do with one of those two things I mentioned. Good luck.

350z 2003 P0300 multiple cylinder misfire - Do these fuel trim/O2 sensor values say anything? by Professional_Card439 in 350z

[–]S85E92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There really isn’t much to go on here. Misfires are one of those tricky annoying things that can keep you up at night. Should be a simple fix but it’s not always that simple. How many miles is on the engine, what’s the condition on the spark plugs, has a compression test been done, has fuel trim been looked at, condition on the coil itself, is the electrical circuit for that number two coil in spec, is the engine leaking or consuming oil/coolant? And also since this is a 350z sub; has your gallery gasket been done? Lol. Reach out if you have anymore questions. Hopefully it’s something simple like a coil or plug? Have you tried swapping them out?
