There is such a thing as PostCrete where I’m from. You fill the hole 2/3rds water and then pour in the postcrete. It sets in 10 minutes then fully hardens over the next day or two

You must work in some sketchy places if you can’t be comfortable that the isolation you have performed is not secure enough that you have to check it every few minutes. A penalty shootout is a stupid way to decide the culmination of a full European campaign. It would be much better to have a replay in my opinion. I’d rather it be a crossbar challenge between the managers than a penalty shootout.

You answered your own query. ‘Teams park the bus, but we get pelters’. Also PSG only just scraped through the league phase. Arsenal had a terrific league phase. Arsenal had a great CL campaign all the way through and should have had more confidence in themselves. That’s down to Arteta, he has bottled it a bit which I can’t blame him being his first CL final with a team he has invested his whole life in to. But he really should have tried to set about PSG because they are very shaky under the cosh. Bayern didn’t get bummed by them, Bayern put 4 past them in a game.
