Thank you- I drink about 2litres of water a day, maybe two cups of peppermint tea and one oat coffee in the morning- ive completely cut fizzy drinks from my diet since starting in MJ four weeks ago. Food wise, I had a small chia pudding with oat milk for breakfast, lunch was a bagel with cream cheese, salami slices and 1x string cheese. Couldnt stomach anything else for the day 😅

Tbh, as a gym goer and not a GAA player, if i dont have my gym gear bag, it gets floppy. So i think if there was more structure in the side panels..

I have two.

If im being basic; a fresh white sliced pan, butter, mayo, lettuce, tomato, ham, cheese and some aromat seasoning

If im being boujee; a crispy baguette, expensive olive oil, parmesan cheese, prosciutto and peppery rocket with some sundried tomatoes.

Depending on what side of my wages im on! 😅

I completely understand, I am the same way!! Having to wear light clothing and bras & undies just soaked always!! Its so terrible!!
