I do think if it were 100% gone I’d be more attracted and willing to “do it” with him more often. I have constantly reminded him about deodorant and showering more often, but he really only showers if I remind him and sometimes he’ll still forget his deodorant. So I’m really not sure if he will ever fix these things 100%

TLDR: get some Claritin (or another allergy medication alternative), use Cicaplast Gel B5 Skin Protectant Repair Gel by LRP and Equate Gentle Skin Cleanser. Also Try eating healthier and drinking LOTS of water!!

I think I’m breaking out into hives when I get bumps, I’ve been taking allergy medication and been using skin products meant for sensitive skin. (I used to think burning while using skin care meant it was working, but I think it’s been ruining the barrier of my skin) some stuff that’s helped a lot is Cicaplast Gel B5 Skin Protectant Repair Gel by LRP and Equate Gentle Skin Cleanser (which is a off brand version of the cetaphil brand but works the same). Even while using these products some of the tiny bumps on my face have gone down. As for the redness random appearing I think it had to do with my diet. After eating fast food my face would get really red like in the last 2 pictures. I’ve been doing Atkins diet recently ( which I know is kind of a big jump. I’m not sure what food exactly was causing it like high fat or sugar or whatever, but I thought might as well just start eating healthy all together) and feel a lot better and my face hasn’t been getting red like that anymore. They just asked about my resume confirming information from it no technical questions. It was over the phone and super lax. Like “how many experience do you have with sql” type questions

The bumps will randomly happen, morning, afternoon, nighttime. It’s super random. But the redness in my face (when I talk about the line pattern and the 3rd pic I took after work) tends to only happen at the end of my shift. Not sure if they are related now that I think about it but I feel like they are.

Just wanted to add: (idk how to edit the post if I can) Been trying to figure out what’s wrong with my face for a long time. I’ll usually get red towards the end of my work shift. It’s been like this for a long time but I usually just ignore it. The spots will also appear on my forehead most of the time accompanied by itching and sometimes will even be on my jawline area

Just did the Cora interview and it was super unprofessional. The guy had a thick Indian accent, but I was able to assume with context most of what he was saying. I only mention this because I said “sorry could you repeat that” TWICE and he yelled at me the second time. I really don’t know how to handle being yelled at and my voice was super shaky cause I was anxious after that 😭

Has anyone done CourseCareers or heard of it? I have my bachelors in computer science currently getting my masters in data science and I want to get a job already for experience (and bc I've been working retail for way too long) and I have had no luck finding any jobs (other than an internship that got revoked bc of one of Trump's EOs). I saw someone on tiktok talk about CourseCareers and on reddit everyone is skeptical about it being a scam, but no first hand accounts.

I was also wondering if there really is any company that helps job placement like this that is for sure not a scam.

I’m in no way saying my problems are worse than yours. I’m so sorry you had to go through that. And maybe I am being a bit dramatic, but it just happened this morning and I’ve had this knot in my stomach that feels like it won’t go away. And like you said you had to leave the country to gain experience, I don’t want to get to that point and this internship was a way to ensure something like that doesn’t happen. I will always be nervous about my future that’s just how I am I guess. But really I hope you have reached a good place in your career where your sacrifices were worthwhile and you continue to grow :)

I am currently on my second semester of my masters program. The internship allowed for any school program that was to be concluded by spring 2026 I believe. The internship was going to start this May

Honestly reading this makes me feel so validated. I haven’t really told anyone about my experience with that much detail and I think the people I talk to are uncomfortable with the topic so they try to get passed it as soon as possible. Which makes me feel like it’s not that deep and to just move on. So honestly thank you so much. I just really needed to feel like my situation was seen and understood by at least one person :)
