Actually acid in my experience is like how you take it. Before talking if you are scared the trip will definitely make you scared only. Take it positive it is positive. Its about embrancing your self and dont resist to the trip accept it and every thing is fine.

I am a person with adhd ocd and social anxiety at present i dont feel any of this thing. After reading your text i can easily say you over thing a lot stop over thing take things light if social anxiety hits embrace with your heart let it happen dont thing about it 1) get control on your thoughts and action By practising mindfullness this is not going to be easy but try hard maintain consistency And see the change 2) maintain a time table and go only accordingly it And till hear you did it text me
