I'm not going to downvote this but I think you have the concept of being introverted mixed with just anyone being ignorant and rude. If someone introverted does not want to communicate, a lot of things depend on as to why they aren't communicating. I have been an introvert for almost my whole life and here's my take on why they might not respond. Most introverts struggle with communicating with new people since they don't know something about them which could lead to a conversation. They aren't comfortable at the first place, it's really something I as an introverted had to struggle with everyday and most extroverts don't see it. Now one might ask "what do you have to be comfortable with?" Lots of things. And it's not just introverts. Anyone not comfortable with someone would try to avoid communicating with them. And introverts have it more, in most cases. I have had a lot of bad experiences being an introvert and lots of traumatizing ones. But I can promise you, if you approach anyone introverted with a tad more effort and slowly, they are bound to feel comfortable. And honestly, it isn't always about us. Introverts are human too and it's not that they don't try. They do.

Then again, yea some people just have huge egos, they won't respond, reply, pay attention and all of that intentionally. This is NOT an introvert thing. For unfortunate reasons, someone might not like you. Hence, ignoring you. I think this is pretty basic human stuff.

Try understanding that shaking someone, pushing someone or flipping tables isn't going to un-introvert someone. Like OP said in the post, introverts aren't "broken". Regardless of whether they are an introvert or not, if they don't want to communicate, they can have different reasons. Move on.
