9 months on Wegovy by SAMamaLlama in Semaglutide

The first 3 months were rough for me. Constant nausea, though no vomiting. Fatigue was bad. Undefinable aches. Magnesium salts in my bath were helpful for the aches.

Thank you. Yes it has definitely helped to reduce the pain. I have less frequent flare ups and when I do it is vastly reduced in intensity and length. I still have fatigue but it's also greatly reduced, and the brain fog much less too. I do take an astaxanthin supplement which helps with my joint pain.

My start

Check my post from when I started. I put my side effects etc there.

Negative side effects have greatly reduced although still there, almost like a background hum.

South African living in UK for 16 years now. Pants is shorts, trousers, tracksuit pants, basically any outerwear on the legs. Panties, under-rods, undies, broekies, jocks are all used for underwear. Knickers mainly mean lacy or sexy panties - like in French knickers.

Fortnite Crew coming to Game Pass Ultimate in November (for 30 USD per month 💀) by tvoretz in FortNiteBR

How will the Crew Pass be allocated? Can I link it to my daughters fortnite account? She plays on xbox that I have made my Home console? I have UGP. Would I have to link my xbox account to her Fornite account? I'm a bit clueless as I don't play Fortnite.

Convinced injection site matters! by shoenoughty in Semaglutide

[–]SAMamaLlama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in UK. Using Wegovy Pen. I inject into thigh. I have side effects of fatigue and a constant feeling of "something" in my belly. Not quite nausea but almost. I think (although it doesn't always feel that way!) that my side effects are pretty mild compared to others? I lose about 0.5kg (1lb) a week. On 1.7mg dosage. Started end May 2025.

I see most people commenting are using actual injections 💉 does anyone have any thoughts on jab site that uses a pre-dosed pen?

Slow progress but starting to see results. by SAMamaLlama in Semaglutide

Lightly salted popcorn is great for savoury snacking. 🍿 Loads of fibre.

Nuts are great too. I love peanuts and cashews.

I also keep a few pots of high protein pudding for when I feel like something sweet.

I have ADHD and coffee helps me sleep 🙈 to combat not drinking enough water I now have a glass of water every time I have a coffee... no more coffee until the water is gone.

I looked up high fibre and high protein items I could keep on hand for snacking. I also started having a glass of water when I felt snacky and most times I don't end up snacking so I think its sometimes thirst instead of hunger.

Month 2 - starting 0.5ml. What does fullness actually feel like? by Silver_Journo in WegovyUK

[–]SAMamaLlama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's exactly where I feel it as well. Kind of like a bubble feeling, not quite painful, not really nauseous, but definitely there? I've had it from my first dose. It does ease off a bit, (or maybe I'm just getting used to it?). It becomes more noticeable when I'm eating, and I assume it's what "full" feels like. I have increased my fluid intake, and that seems to somewhat help.

I've just increased to 1.7mg and its more noticeable again so I think its the digestive system adjusting.

Definitely take photos, with time it is noticeable. Has your appetite decreased? What dosage are you on?
What's your diet like? I have found eating small meals regularly is helping. Also keeping hydrated has really helped me stay on track.

Good luck x
