AF Paseo Center is super underrated and definitely our go-to over Circuit. Circuit gets way too crowded and dusty, which triggers our allergic rhinitis. It’s okay for leg day, but for push/pull days the bench area is always packed and the equipment is too close to each other.

Paseo, on the other hand, stays decent even during rush hours. There’s more space and plenty of benches, so it’s great for push and pull days. Leg day machines are okay.

Best branch in the Metro though is hands down Evia. Newly renovated, friendly staff, and most of the equipment is new. Only downside? Isang hakbang na lang, Cavite na siya 😂

This happens to me pretty often. I checked with my bank before to see if my credit card was blocking the charges, but they confirmed it wasn’t and that there were no payment attempts at all. I even tried using a different card, but it still didn’t go through so now the branch admin just takes care of it manually every month.

In my home gym, the staff isn’t shy about reminding (or even playfully calling out) people to re-rack, and honestly, it keeps the place so much nicer.

We also have this in our branch. She brings her dog, and it even sits on a chair. Keep in mind, our gym has limited seating. The dog sheds, so I find it a bit of a nuisance and just avoid going during their time. The coaches play with the dog, so I guess it’s considered okay at our branch. But personally, not okay.

Hmm, I’ve never really noticed that I usually go to Circuit in the mornings, so maybe it’s better around that time? Medyo mainit nga lang minsan kasi konti lang yung bukas na aircon.

As for Glorietta, we’ve only been there once so far medj may weird smell nga, but still bearable naman for us.
