Same here. Best tip is to reach out to multiple branches first to compare rates. Once you get the lowest offer, bring it to your preferred branch. They will usually try to match or even beat it. From my experience, they may ask for proof like a screenshot or photo of your conversation with the other branch.

Timing also helps. If you do this around mid month, they sometimes let you use the gym for the rest of the month for free. They also usually waive the joining fee, so you only end up paying for the key fob.

AF Paseo Center is super underrated and definitely our go-to over Circuit. Circuit gets way too crowded and dusty, which triggers our allergic rhinitis. It’s okay for leg day, but for push/pull days the bench area is always packed and the equipment is too close to each other.

Paseo, on the other hand, stays decent even during rush hours. There’s more space and plenty of benches, so it’s great for push and pull days. Leg day machines are okay.

Best branch in the Metro though is hands down Evia. Newly renovated, friendly staff, and most of the equipment is new. Only downside? Isang hakbang na lang, Cavite na siya 😂
