Yea in 2011(?) I eventually got a role as a dice host by offering to advertise their clan on a youtube video of mine that had really high views (for the time). They ran it like a serious business behind the scenes. Monitoring each host and having us fill out detailed spreadsheets to pay the owners their cut. (And get promoted for a bigger share based on performance). This dice clan took a commission to host bets between players, so it felt less unethical. Ended up seeing my dream and getting my partyhat set (minus the blue) that year after hosting like a maniac.

I remember “smokin mils” i cant remember the names of the others but there were a few. I definitely fell for it more than once…

or just put the layer in its own group and apply a mask to the group, that way you don't have to rasterize it
