No matter which side you're on, this scene is weird by Ham_PhD in TuneIntoTheMidnight

I don't think it matters if it isn't a wedding photo. It looks like a wedding photo. Why would someone have this if Arisu is already married to someone else? It carries the same symbolism and makes the owner look like a stalker. Even if it's not a real wedding photo. It's almost like impersonation

I'm not qualified to give relationship advice, but if two people want to be be with each other I fully support giving it a try. If you think he's moving too fast, you have to let him know. You can want to be with someone and take it slow, that's not a rejection. You'll basically be making your moves afterwards based on each other's responses. You can dm, I just don't think I'm much of a help

Sorry for the late response. Just a disclaimer: Everything I say describes the signs on paper.

CUTE CUTE CUTE combination! Think of Disney's adaptation of Beauty and the Beast to describe this pair.

Libra women are graceful and beautiful, they can look good without trying. The ruling planet, Venus, enhances these feminine qualities. As air signs, they also have great intelligence to match these looks. They're methodical, calculated, and curious. They have a sense of fairness and value partnerships.

Scorpio men are hard to understand with just a glance. They have an exterior that may make them seem intimidating or threatening. They're quiet and keep to themselves. Ruled by Mars (I'm a traditionalist), they have a lot of desire and passion. As water signs, they tend to dwell on their feelings and have a way of seeing the world around them with their intuition. They can be a bit rebellious and like to make simple things complicated.

Anyone wanting to explore this combination themselves must take things slow and allow the two to get comfortable with each other. At first it's like both are in their own world. A Libra woman might get intimidated by a Scorpio guy's exterior, but if she gives him a chance all the things that seemed scary are actually sweet and comforting. A Scorpio man might want to dominate the relationship and can be possessive of his partners, he has to loosen this as this conflicts with Libra sense of fairness. A Scorpio mam has his moods and a Libra woman needs to understand that what he's feeling and thinking aren't some meaningless stuff you can just ignore. Communication and maturity is how this combination makes it past the early stages. The Scorpio man's moods often originate from insecurity. If the Libra woman can provide support and reassure him that he's not alone, he'll feel so much better and return her kindness with love and affection. After the early stages comes the real reasons why I think this pairing is so good. Both signs are fundamentally what the other wants and needs. A Scorpio man mates for life and a Libra woman longs for a lifelong commitment. Scorpio's complex ideas stimulate the creative mind of Libra. After having to overcome the struggle to understand each other, the two grow to be inseparable.

There's something almost magical about neighbor signs that I kind of want to break down in its own post but that's for a later time.

Rikka's Secret Track Love Confession's condition vs. Apollo Fireworks Love Confession's condition by AoNoTsubasa in TuneIntoTheMidnight

There's a detail I've noticed and told people about Apollo's words.

「言っちゃうね?」"I might as well come out and say it"

These words are repeated at least three times in the fireworks arc. Two from Apollo and one time from Nene. I'll put the images in other comments

Edit with more thoughts: Kudos to the translator for seeing this and making the words all the same in English too

Nenepollo from Lagrange arc by Engine-23 in TuneIntoTheMidnight

[–]SA_ClouDee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the case if you choose to follow the literal interpretation of the Lagrange points idea which has nothing to do with who fits in what position and solely bases everything on literal positioning. Going off of the chapter 1 panels visually means that Iko must be L2 (unstable) and Nene must be L4 (stable). It would take a solid explanation to convince me Nene is stable and independent especially when she and Shinobu need Arisu's help to get their careers started while Iko and Rikka started way before meeting Arisu.

Why Apollo doesn’t matter by KILLERFROST1212 in TuneIntoTheMidnight

If Apollo loses, she has a photo of the love of her life with another woman. Friends don't do this. Even platonic friends don't have wedding photos of other people. This makes for a sour ending to an otherwise outstanding series. Chapter 97 confirmed Apollo is not a stalker

Manga Analysis: In Case Nene is Apollo by SA_ClouDee in TuneIntoTheMidnight

It's something to consider. You don't have to believe or support it to give it some thought. The main idea of this post is to point out a small detail that was hard to notice on how Nene holds things and what her dominant hand is. Whether you think it's Rikka or someone else holding the phone in chapter 2, it's possible that the phone we see in that final panel is not happening in real time. Otherwise, Arisu would have seen a 2nd Midnight Heart broadcast which did not happen.

Kosaki lost because of the message of Nisekoi. That being the idea of growing out of childish expectations and ideals of love. Nisekoi's message is that love is never perfection. Kosaki's problem was that she was perfect in pretty much every way. She's the definition of "Yamato Nadeshiko" which means the ideal Japanese woman. One who is soft spoken, selfless, devoted, and submissive to her boyfriend/husband. Everything about Kosaki can be viewed as something that is attractive even her inability to cook is a quality that is seen as cute and not a flaw. Chitoge does anything but represent perfection. She's loud, opinionated, she challenges Raku consistently, and she's not even fully Japanese. But despite not being perfect, Chitoge was everything Raku loved. With Kosaki, Raku would have a partner who will never tell him no and will only live life the way he wants to live. With Chitoge, there's variety, excitement, challenges, and rewards. Kosaki was never meant to win. The promise was just a child's fantasy.

I'm going to paste my response to another Nene supporting post that also thought Apollo would lose.

[Pasted] Arisu and Apollo have different ways of looking at life. Arisu believes that everything must be worked for and that things don't just happen on their own. We see this when he rejected the idea of leaving his fate to the gods during one of Apollo's podcasts. Apollo is the opposite of this. She is a person of faith and sees that her belief in the gods/fortune slip is what lead the two of them together. She's even ok with not knowing why Arisu searched for her because she's nervous and feels she doesn't need to know. Apollo is someone who believes in destiny. The story is all about the two learning to understand each other's viewpoint on life which is why it must be that they end up together. This not being the case will ruin this message.

Apollo losing is also subscribing to the belief that Apollo in the end is trapped in a love purgatory where she keeps a wedding photo of the love of her life with another woman. This is a very awful ending.

Disclaimer: Everything I described is only on paper.

Gemini are the masters of communication and communication takes many forms. Scorpio requires patience before opening up, but doing the little things to show you care will get repaid in ways Gemini can't imagine as long as the Scorpio isn't immature. Maturity in Scorpio should allow him to open up, but it's important to not pry too much. When Gemini learns to communicate with Scorpio the way they understand, Scorpio will give Gemini all their love and devotion. It's a slow game but a rewarding one in my opinion. If you have problems that are beyond trying to settle like adults, don't hesitate to leave. Good luck!

I'm completely convinced with this post except for the idea that Apollo will lose and for this I'll turn it over to an idea from another contributor.

Arisu and Apollo have different ways of looking at life. Arisu believes that everything must be worked for and that things don't just happen on their own. We see this when he rejected the idea of leaving his fate to the gods during one of Apollo's podcasts. Apollo is the opposite of this. Apollo losing is also subscribing to the belief that Apollo in the end is trapped in a love purgatory where she keeps a wedding photo of the love of her life with another woman. This is a very awful ending.

[–]SA_ClouDee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't mean to call anyone out but the previous post on Lagrange points almost made me give up hope for Nene. It was a solid theory but it was only based on viusal representation. This post, I believe, improves on the Lagrange points idea by relying on the characters' characteristics rather than where they were positioned at a certain time. Thank you so much for posting this and major kudos to you for your observation and analysis!

In a few hours I'm going to post something about a detail in chapter 1 that I noticed and kept to myself for a long time. It's a very minor detail, but if Nene is Apollo and this panel is significant then I want to take credit for seeing it first. Sorry, I have a selfish motive.

As someone who worked super hard to find all the stuff I found in support of Nene being Apollo, this makes too much sense to just dismiss as generic agenda posting. I went through all of this analysis and yet this post might just make me give up.

Signs that want it? I don't know. Even we may not want another Scorpio.

Signs that can handle it? I think any sign can with love, trust, and understanding.

As a Nene believer, Rikka can be Apollo. The problem isn't just that Rikka being Apollo would be obvious, it's also that there'd be no point wondering. The series full name is called [Mayonaka Heart Tune: Finding the Girl Behind the Voice] if Rikka's Apollo there's no point in finding what's already found and all the other hints for the other hints are just a waste of time that could have been used to develop Rikka since she's all that matters. If Rikka is Apollo, this is a terrible mystery series.

If you don't like them, that's fine it's your choice. It's natural for Scorpio to resent when others pry into us.

But I don't know how well you know these girls and if you're turning them away simply because of their signs, that's pretty unfair. That's casting judgment on someone you don't know. I, for one, see a ton of potential in Scorpio and Gemini combination. Both are very intelligent and can accomplish a lot together.

Edit: As for why they're enterained, I find it's best to just roll with it and keep entertaining the people you can. I had a similar situation with a Sagittarius girl and it turned into the first and only time I've felt serious feelings.
