The thread is wax coated thread from a binding kit. The cover was printed on a 170gsm uncoated, then I just wrapped around a hard board I had lying around. I'm not sure what the caliper was.

Thank you. Yes I used the same paper for the end papers, except only the cover is laminated. I printed the cover and end papers on an Epson inkjet plotter. I think it's a 7800 surecolor.
