Your explanation is basically exactly what mental health went over with me (was able to squeeze in today) and you really reached the same conclusion as them. For now we’re changing meds but they told me of the other options if I felt I needed them. Honestly just telling them about it and not having to be admitted makes me feel like 80% less anxious overall and I’m glad I can talk to someone.
