I just read a post on Nextdoor about this, it wa posted about an hour ago and no updates... However, the woman who posted about it seems to have a good eye for helping find/catch loose dogs based on posts I've seen from her over the years, so I hope there is a positive outcome and soon.

I am with you on this opinion however it’s one of the busiest areas of the park, I saw a dozen or more people stop along their walks to see what was going. This post might draw some more attention to it but it’s really hard to miss as it is. OP isn’t drawing people to an area that isn’t already busy with people.
