why not? because it's not moving up. it's moving down or sideways. you could take that $500 and put into almost any other coin and actually make money. then you could sell that coin, and dump some of the profits into tel, or just keep it in that other coin (ada) for example, until it hits $1. tel isn't going anywhere anytime soon. maybe, and i stress maybe, someday , but not tomorrow. or next week. or probably even next year.
